We were told the room location was quiet..it was not…very loud next to freeway and the location was almost always empty when we were there yet when ever someone checked in it was on either side of us..we felt that was very weird

So I have stayed here many times thru out the years , clean , nice excellent breakfast but they let the holiday inn above them use the pool too. There was at least 40 people there at the pool so we couldn’t use it till 2 hours later then we checked in , too many people to make it enjoyable wasn’t quite summer yet .anyway won’t stay again if they let their sister hotel right above use pool also. Staff is so nice but doesn’t stop the hotel above same owners from using

We had a very nice stay. We had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and the room was great. Only gripe is lack of room cleaning. I know they're having staffing problems, but one of the reasons we like staying in a hotel is the at least some level of house cleaning. We put out a "service room" sign midway through but nobody came. It would have been nice to have new towels medway through our stay since we used them a couple times a day due to us doing a lot of hiking and working out. Only gripe, though. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
