Great staff and clean rooms. Several nice grass areas with tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy. Close to downtown Jacksonville with cute shops and great restaurants.

Room, TV, bathroom are dated. The mattress and TV should be replaced. The balcony/ outdoor lights were bright, on all night and lit up the room up making it difficult to sleep deeply (maybe install dimmers or motion sensors). Breakfast was basic. The EV charger was a wonderful extra and worked well. We arrived 1 1/2 hours prior to check in and were told the room was ready and for $25 , extra, we could occupy it early - never heard of this one before. Won’t likely stay there again.

This was our first time staying at the Inn and it was amazing. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and immaculate as well. Simple, continental breakfast was served in the lobby. Perfect for on the go. We were in Jacksonville for a concert at the Britt and this Inn was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
