Welcome to this quaint vintage upstairs apartment as part of a large 1800's home. Cozy and comfortable with all your basic necessities. Private off street parking in the heart of the village of Medina. You are walking distance from downtown unique shops, boutiques and restaurants. It is less than an hour drive to Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Rochester and about 15 minutes from Lake Ontario (famous for fishermen).
The space
Expect a private entrance to this apartment which is attached to my home. It is a full apartment with a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom with lots of natural light. In the warmer months there is also a private upstairs balcony to relax and enjoy.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Medina Railroad Museum. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a Smart TV in the apartment.
