Communication among staff isn’t great and they are very not cooperative when it comes to refund. We booked an extra night by mistake and double booked also by mistake and none of them were refunded. Otherwise staff and services and location are very good and hotel is very well maintained.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Exceptional Stay at Elaf Al Taqwa, Medina We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Elaf Al Taqwa in Medina. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from room changes to organising Ziyrat tours and money exchange. A special thank you to Fahkrul,Jillani, Yousuf, Lamma, Hayam and Turkiy who is hilarious and so sweet on reception, they all made our stay 10/10. Every morning we’d get a courtesy call to check how we were and if we needed anything — such thoughtful service that truly made us feel cared for. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and a home from home and perfectly located — right opposite Gate 309 and only a 2-minute walk to the women’s entrance of Masjid al-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient. Also the golf carts to Quba Mosque were parked right outside. I highly recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone visiting Medina. You’ll be well looked after by an amazing team who genuinely care about making your stay memorable and comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Thank you so much Elaf Al Taqwa, I satyed in the Junior suite and it was fabulous. The view was divine, the space in the room was massive, everything I needed was there. The staff were amazing, even concierge and porters spoke excellent English and were very helpful. I could have booked hotels on the other side where there are more shop options and closer to the Women’s entry, but I am glad I booked this hotel which is closer to the Rawdah of the Prophet ASWS which I needed to be close to. Thanks, I have recommended to my travel agent in Australia.

So quiet and clean hotel. If you want to stay near Haram this hotel will be best for you. Sourrding environment is so beautiful near two mosques.

Some improvements needed

They don’t respond to messages in time. Check-in lady was a bit rude because I didn’t speak Arabic. I had early check in and she wanted me to wait until 5 for my room even though the website says 4 and most other hotels says 3. In an instant world that we live in they could respond to messages sooner. Bellman Amin was great, picked our bags for us to the receptionist and made sure we had everything we needed that was in his control, all with a smile.

Room was clean and service was impeccable. Staff from reception, room service and restaurant were amazing and gave us a very warm welcome. All issues were resolved very quickly.
