My stay at the Intercontinental in Madina was amazing, and I highly recommend it to families. The rooms were clean, and the staff were exceptional—special thanks to Imaan, who went out of her way to resolve a booking issue on my first day. very close to Mosque. The breakfast offered a large variety of quality options. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great hotel in a very convenient location (near the ladies entrance of the mosque). The rooms were clean and contained lots of thoughtful touches (e.g. a weighing scale, wireless chargers, fruit etc). The service was also very good, with staff members friendly and professional. A particular shout out goes to the cleaners, Mausum who serviced our room on our first stay and Mohammed Naushadin who serviced our room on the second. They both went above and beyond to ensure that our room met our expectations and they cleaned the rooms beautifully.

I booked this otel through Expedia for umrah program with my father. My father hospitalized just before the trip due to heart failure. I contacted hotel to either postpone or refund the reservation. They declined! A patient in Intensive Care Unit is legitimate excuse to cancel any trip any part of the world but not in Mekkah and Madina..!

The hotel’s location is fantastic — surrounded by shops and restaurants, with the masjid just a five-minute walk from the front desk. Check-in was quick and smooth, thanks to Feras, who made our arrival very pleasant with his excellent customer service. Our room was on the second floor — a bit dated but still very comfortable. The size was perfect for two people, and the bathroom was spacious with an incredible shower. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods. Very tasteful.
