I really liked the Hotel. I had a small misunderstanding regarding the booking (My Confusion :) ) but the front desk and the booking manager were very supportive and they helped me fix the issue. The complementary room service dinner was a very nice gesture. Thanks a lot! Location was very close to the ladies entrance which was a very important feature.

They don’t give the rooms that you book, they give you whatever is available even though you have paid for a certain room. Also the hotel has an automatic airfreshner that makes your brain melt. And all guests were unplugging them from the hallways and the staff kept plugging them back in

The staff was very courteous and helpful from the check-in with Mr. Sultan the duty manager who made sure we got the best room and to the food and beverage manager Jainul Abidin who made sure that we were served the best quality food and appetizing menu every day which we thoroughly enjoyed. Wayle has trained his team really well which makes the place special. The property is located in the best area and is very accessible, but we think it needs a major upgrade. the rooms and bathrooms are quite old, and one would expect a better facility. If they can upgrade the room and increase the number of housekeeping staff this would be the place to stay whenever we visit Madina.

Everything was good except of 2 things. 1) Their service was not on par if you had to ask for a Towel or extra towel or to fix your safety box etc than they would take ages to sort things out. 2) Chaos by the lifts as they only have 3 lifts on each section of entrance. Only 2 entrance. And if its salaah time or after salaah thats a rush hour. Entire hotel used to struggle coming up and going down.they need to increase lifts period.
