Saubere aber veraltete Appartement

Klima ab zu hing auf, Sicherungen drei Mal ausgeflogen (aber im Laufe des Tages repariert), Durchlüftung in der Küche schwach. Dafür aber die Lage in der Nähe von Bäckerei und freundlicher Hund!
