The detached holiday home, built in 1989 and renovated in 2015, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is popular due to its view of the sea and its waterfront location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.
