This newly built Villa is just 250 meters away from the beach, so you are just a few minutes walk away from the perfectly clean sea.

Cape Kamenjak is also near, with crystal blue sea, numerous bays and beaches that Lonely Planet included in the Top 10 Beaches list of Mediterranean.

The 40m2 hydromassage pool provides a few steps for inexperienced swimmers, a real oasis for summer gatherings and night-time swimmings.

All 4 bedrooms are differently decorated, each with its own bathroom, LCD TV and direct exit to the spacious balconies (1st floor and 2nd floor).

There is a sauna in one room, private bath in the other and at the top of the house there is a spacious balcony with lounge furniture (photos coming soon).

You are 10-minute drive away from Pula, so you can not miss any important event in Istria - music concerts or tournaments that revoke gladiatorial games in the famous Roman amphitheater "Arena" Pula, various festivals and cultural events in the city, as well as numerous restaurants with a rich culinary offer.
