The adjacent dining area can accommodate up to eight people. Large glass doors lead directly onto the covered terrace and into the pool area. Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a shower.

A garage with parking space and an additional parking space in front of the house are available.

On the first floor, there is a cozy little living room with a television. In addition, you can expect three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and two of them with televisions. The historic old town of Pula, with its impressive amphitheater that regularly hosts summer concerts by international artists, is also well worth a visit. The underground passages of Zero Street lead to Kaštel Fortress and offer fascinating insights into the region\'s history.
