Welcome to Villa Residence, a brand-new luxury villa located in the very heart of Medulin, thoughtfully designed to provide ultimate comfort for larger groups of up to 45 guests.This spacious villa features 18 elegantly furnished bedrooms and can accommodate 36 main + 9 additional guests, making it an ideal choice for school and sports groups, multiple families, business teams, as well as for engagements, small weddings, or private celebrations.Located just 500 meters from the sea, Villa Residence combines modern design, luxury, and comfort. From the balconies, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view, while the carefully selected details, high-quality materials, and contemporary interior create an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area with a long table perfect for shared meals. This level also includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional bathroom in the hallway.The first floor features a game and entertainment room equipped with table football, billiards, and a PlayStation 5 console – perfect for fun and socializing. On the same floor, there are also four bedrooms and two bathrooms.The second and third floors each include six bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a total of 18 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, and some are equipped with TVs for added comfort and privacy. Additional guests can stay on large sofa beds or extra beds.A special highlight of the villa is the large 78 m² outdoor pool with an integrated jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The outdoor area includes spacious dining tables, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a barbecue, perfect for summer gatherings and open-air dinners.The villa is currently in the process of being furnished and completing the remaining outdoor works. The full completion of the works is planned no later than March 15, 2026. Upon request, we can provide guests with additional photos to keep them informed about the progress of the works.
