Built in 1975 and renovated in 2013, the villa is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.
