Naugardiškiai is part of a historically significant region near one of the key crossing points of the Nemunas River, associated with Napoleon’s 1812 campaign. Today, it remains a peaceful countryside environment where history meets nature, although the surroundings are now fully residential and natural rather than historical in appearance.

Guests will find easy access to Kaunas city by car, with convenient road connections, while still enjoying a calm setting with minimal traffic and a safe, relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, it is a quiet and safe countryside-style neighbourhood offering a comfortable base close to Kaunas, the Nemunas river valley, and key regional transport routes.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of center of Kaunas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. No elevator.

Please note that the property is newly built and the outdoor landscaping is still being completed. The yard has been leveled and prepared, but grass and some exterior finishing works are scheduled for a later stage. This does not affect the apartment itself, which is fully completed, furnished, and ready for a comfortable stay.

For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior and common area security cameras are in use. These devices are located:
Outside the main entrance of the apartment complex building.
In the parking area.
Monitoring the drive-in to the property.
At the entrance to the individual apartment.
Important Note: There are no security cameras or recording devices installed inside any of the private apartments.
No shoes inside the apartment.

Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests).

Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out.

The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €10/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly.
All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
