If you require an accommodation with more accessibility, please give our Office a call. The kitchen is complete with a 1 burner electric cook-top, toaster, microwave, single Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge w/ freezer. Dishes, silverware and pans provided. Shower, sink and toilet. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. There is a Smart TV downstairs which you can sign-in and watch TV from your streaming services (Nextflix, Amazon, etc.) we do not provide any TV service at this time. Mini split A/C and heater. there is a picnic table outside, propane BBQ grill and two chairs. Two parking spaces are designated for Lil Rio and they are behind the Tiny Home and labeled. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Loft has a Queen bed but is very low. Bed slopes from the wide end 28.5' tall and goes down to 15" at the foot. Lil Rio is adorably tiny, it has all you'll need for your stay, but it is small. A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50. No additional pets are allowed.
