The villa covers approximately 110 sq.m. over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (there is the possibility to host a kid on the sofa - please enquire). The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area, one double bedroom, and a shower room. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower.

The private pool area, reached via a few steps down from the main living level, is perfect for relaxation while enjoying uninterrupted sea views. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and a charcoal BBQ create an inviting setting for outdoor living and al fresco dining.

Access to Villa Alex involves climbing approximately 50 steps from the parking area, making it most suitable for guests comfortable with stairs. The effort is well rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding village from both the villa and pool area. The villa is totally private and not overlooked.

The plot is located directly above the seaside and includes two villas: Villa Alex on the upper level and Villa Argiri below, positioned on completely different ground levels to ensure full privacy. The parking area for both villas is located at the lower villa's entrance level. There is one parking spot for each villa whereas more cars can be parked at the side of the road below the plot.

From the parking area, a short walk down a few steps and alley leads to Spilia Beach, just 200 meters away, offering organized sunbeds, a beach bar, and a welcoming seaside taverna serving traditional Greek dishes right by the water. The port, a mini market, and another seaside taverna are all within 1 km.

One can also combine both Villa Alex and Villa Srgiri for larger groups, offering an excellent option for extended families or friends traveling together while still enjoying privacy.
