One of only five properties located in a private enclave close to the lovely village of Spartohori, Pegasus is an appealing and comfortable holiday base. A thoughtful balance of space and facilities starts with the open plan living/dining area on the ground floor which is flanked on opposing sides by a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. French doors in the living area and in each bedroom provide convenient, direct access to the pool and sun terrace. Upstairs, the good size double bedroom has an en suite shower room, a balcony and a separate terrace providing a choice of sun bathing spots as well as very attractive views of the sea and Greek mainland. Externally, a shaded dining/seating area, large L-shaped swimming pool with family friendly Roman steps, and a spacious sun terrace with glimpses of the sea through the olive trees all make al fresco living a joy. In these alluring environs long lazy days are sure to drift by gently… in anticipation, perhaps, of a cooling aperitif before firing up the barbecue for dinner? Home to one of the island’s finest and most expansive sea views, nearby Spartohori (750m) also has essential amenities that include a minimarket, bakery and archetypal local taverna with a more comprehensive choice and a good selection of waterside eateries found at Vathy (4.1km). Beaches are many, varied and easily accessed, the nearest being at Porto Spilia (1.9km) where there is also a minimarket, popular beach bar and café.
