- A bathroom, with bath and single washbasin, a washing machine.
- An independent WC
- A bedroom with a double bed and a large storage cupboard.
- A living room with fitted kitchen, TV area.
A beautifully exposed balcony completes the flat.
NB. The sofa in the living room is not available for sleeping.
NB. Access to the indoor parking lot is restricted to vehicles less than 1.80m high ⚠️
