Dishwasher was broken on arrival. After we reported it, we went back and forth with the office for 4 days because they didn't believe us that it's not working. Then they sent a technician who concluded that the dishwasher is 100% broken. We had to wash all the dishes by hand. The room with the two single beds was very small, the two beds were child sized and didn't even have a mattress on top, which led to severe back pain after sleeping. The supplied vacuum cleaner was unusable, thus we couldn't even clean the apartment like we were expected to. We were promised a compensation and as of now, 4 days after we left, I still didn't receive any news from the office. They also haven't returned my deposit yet. At least, the apartment has a nice view and a garage, and it is also located close enough to Le Jaillet, the ski bus stop, and a few shops.
