Bel appartement mais service minimal

Appartement bien placĂ© bien agencĂ© bien dĂ©corĂ© avec place de parking, proche des pistes. ProcĂ©dure autonome d’arrivĂ©e & dĂ©part facile. Dommage qu’il y ait le strict minimum en denrĂ©es nĂ©cessaires : un seul rouleau de PQ pour 3 pour 3 jours (on en est venus Ă  en voler dans les toilettes des restos), pas de pastille lave vaisselle, pas un sac poubelle, pas de torchon dans la cuisine( on a fait la vaisselle avec une serviette de bain). Il faudrait rĂ©parer la vmc de la sdb qui grince Ă  peu prĂšs toutes les 5minutes (on a dĂ» dormir avec des boules quies). Aussi, le propriĂ©taire nous a demandĂ© de partir Ă  10h alors qu’il Ă©tait indiquĂ© midi sur l’annonce en nous mettant devant le fait accompli du menage Ă  10h30. Bref nous sommes partis a 11h en nous dĂ©pĂȘchant: pas top!

TrÚs bon séjour mais !!!!

Il serait bien que le gĂ©rant respecte le locataire quant celui ci se trouve ds l’obligation de lui tĂ©lĂ©phoner . Quant on se retrouve sans cafetiĂšre en Ă©tat de marche ( bocal cassĂ© ) Ă  1 km de tout cafĂ© on n’explique pas avec condescendance au locataire qu’il lui suffit d’acheter du cafĂ© soluble . Nous avons donc passĂ© les 5 jours sans possibiltĂ© de faire du cafĂ© . Le gĂ©rant ( proprio ) m’a gentiment et trĂšs ironiquement suggĂ©rĂ© qu’un bon sĂ©jour Ă  MĂ©geve pouvait se concevoir sans cafetiĂšre .
