Close to restaurants, nice villages, Mediterranean Sea (50 minutes by car), Monferrato and Langhe-Roero vineyards. Large swimming pool 12 x 6, pool house with BBQ and outdoor kitchen. Several terraces, 2 fireplaces and 1 wood stove. Central heating, 3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms with 2-person box springs that are easy to split into single beds. TV with canal digital, you can see every channel you want!
