The house was on a beautiful beach and the four condos were a great choice for us as we had four families celebrate with us. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing I would say is that we were used to having shampoos and body washes available and there weren’t but not a big deal.

Melbourne Beach

The interior in the units was recently remodeled and are really cute inside. Each unit is slightly different so pay attention to the size when renting if you’re not renting the entire building.Only one laundry unit for All for condos which was mildly inconvenient.The exterior needs some cleanup though. Storm shutters, laying around, a bunch of broken grills and old beach equipment in the back laying across the property. That should be an easy fix.The beach is absolutely awesome, parks on both sides so we had the whole beach to ourselves.
