The unit comes with a queen bed, a small kitchenette with two burners , a microwave , two small refrigerators, a dresser , a closet , a lounge chair , and a bathroom with a stand up shower. We have a beautiful beach here and it’s a quiet and pleasant location . Many come to fish and relax others like to soak in the sun all day and unwind with the sounds of the ocean .

We have a nice local eatery near here called New England Eatery , and are about 15 minutes to downtown Melbourne beach with a variety of restaurants and bars . You also have a nice area to walk by the Indian River . Downtown Melbourne is about 25 minutes away which you will find a variety of stores and eateries.. Sebastian Inlet is about 12 minutes away and offers some aunique swimming experiences sometimes with dolphins and manatee close by.
