Tropical Oasis - Long Term 90 Day Rental

This home has a minimum 90-day rental period.

The Tropical Oasis Pool Home is a very private setting, a short 1.5 blocks from Melbourne Beach, with private beach access and a screened-in pool and spa. If you are looking to relax in comfort, take in the sunset with a cocktail, or grill and relax by the pool then you may just have found your perfect vacation home!

This beach house is a rare find and we have no doubt that you will absolutely love spending time here. It is located only a short walk (5 minutes) from the beach.
The main living area has views of the screen in pool and hot tub. The main living area includes comfortable seating, a ROKU smart TV with all the popular streaming apps. The dining area seats 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen - we hope we have thought of everything you may need! There are all the major appliances, including a dishwasher, and many smaller appliances, including a Keurig and regular coffee machine, a blender for healthy morning smoothies, or vacation cocktails!
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, closet space for your clothes and a smart TV for your entertainment. We use excellent quality linens. All linens and towels are laundered at high temperatures.
The other bedrooms include a King, Queen and Bunk Beds (Full and Twin) and all bedrooms include a smart TV.

There is a washer and dryer for your use and we supply starter amounts of house hold necessities (bathroom tissue, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.).

In just a few steps, you can be running on the beach in the early morning, lazing in the water, sitting with your toes in the sand, contemplating life, or strolling the shores searching for shells. We provide beach towels and beach chairs.
In the garage you can find several toys:

* Kayaks (Life Jackets are not provided. Walmart sells jackets for <$15.)

* Body Boards
* Skim Boards

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.
