Disliked: Cleanliness
I was given the wrong key and could not access either the building or apartment. Various messages from Made Comfy over the next 48 hours but no key so gave-up at that point.Still waiting for a refund a month later even though I have provided photos of the key and lock. I stayed in the building a few weeks earlier in another Made Comfy apartment so was well-aware what type of key was needed. On a positive note, it is a lovely, quiet building in a great location.
