This stylish and comfortable home is a perfect getaway in the heart of Melbourne City walking distance from Southern Cross Station. Your family will be close to everything: just minutes from top restaurants, night life, museums, parks, train, tram stops, and bus services. You will also get access to building common gym and swimming area.
The apartment is part of Australis building located at 601 Little Lonsdale Street. It comprise of 1 BR with Double bed in it , the other room is not a closed room please check the pics before booking and it contains a bunk bed with Double Bed at the bottom and single bed at the top which can be used by kids aged 9+ . We have placed all the basic amenities for you to enjoy your stay. Bed Linen , blankets , towels will be provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans if you like to cook with Oven, Kettle , toaster also available to use. Please keep the place tidy and be respectful for the neighbors. For an easy stay please read all the instructions provided before your check in.
Please note : Loss of keys will incur a charge of $150. Please do not leave the keys inside while you are staying as asking for another key also incur additional charges.
Please be mindful of other people staying in the building and keep any noise to the minimum.
A recycle bin has been kept at the Balcony , please use that for any recyclable items.
