This whole trip was very disappointing, Very disorganised, to start off, was left waiting on the street for around an hour to work out where the key for the apartment would be left, was given 2 different locations for actual accommodation address. They advertised as self parking available, no parking available within the property and had to pay for street parking. NO access to pool or gym, and I was made to speak with concierge 4 times with every time being told we do not have access and the Agent should have looked after this. The concierge did not want anything to do with trying to assist us. Having to deal with Advante team members who could not give me any information and constantly saying they would call back. Mobile numbers disconnected. Incorrect information given for key drop off, more time wasting and got a parking fine. I had to request some kind of compensation for the time and money wasted on this property, their answer was to refund $100. The area itself is great, but I would definitely not recommend this property or dealing with the Agent again.
