I don’t recommend this property it’s very run down and dirty we couldn’t spend a night here the location is good! It only has 2 beds so I don’t know how it can sleep 5 adults like the add said!

Property is pet friendly with great location.Dishwasher and beds were nice convenience.Disappointingly, property was not cleaned before our arrival, as well as it has a problem with ants. It was also hard to settle in, as too many personal belongings/stuff is in cupboards and drawers.Unfortunately, the owner was not reachable at the time of our arrival to assist with issue.He did respond next day and offered the cleaning, however by that time we have done the basics so we can settle in.Overall, the property could be a nice stay, however I would not recommend if you are bothered with ants and potentially facing similar condition of the property.

Suitable for a solo or couples retreat

Sean’s place is as described a ‘beach shack’, nestled in amongst the shrubbery native to the peninsula. There’s no front or back yard so it’s not really suitable for kids or pets. The place was clean enough, there was definite signs of an ant problem but they had been sprayed before our arrival. We weren’t told we had to switch the hot water on so that was an issue trying to work that out and we couldn’t get hold of Sean right away. If you like rugged/no frills nestled amongst nature this would be a good place to stay.awayWebber.

We lasted 1 night and I wouldn't stay here again

I wasn't going to leave a bad review, I tried contacting the owner direct but he just ignore me. The house has a bug infestation and the mattress and pillows provided have stains (mattress has a black stain all across), the house was full of webs and little fruit flies and ants, we tried spraying, but within a few house the house was full of bugs again, we tried but we had to leave, we had ants crawling on us while sleeping, also the curtain in the bathroom did not close and it has a big window, how can we take showers?, I message Sean but he just ignore my message, we left the place cleaner than we when we arrived. I took photos as well for proof.
