First rooms air-conditioning didn't work so moved us to another room that was available, which was nice. Was a supposed upgrade, but lights didn't work, the tvs didn't work, and the kitchen cups and cutlery were dirty. Overall, it is a good location and nice people but not a great place to spend money on.

Very nice spacious rooms that are comfortable just like home. Also as I work out every single day, the gym and the pool came in handy, and I could relax in the sauna after my work out which was perfect. The staff members were very friendly just like family. Really enjoyed our stay here!! Perfect location - so handy to the trams. Friendly/helpful staff and the room itself was great. Only negative was that we had to ask 3 times before our room was finally serviced, but other than that it was fantastic

The lighting in the penthouse condo was very dim. A person would have a VERY hard time putting on makeup in the bathroom. Dining room and living space both very dim. Everything else is TENS across the board. Staff was fabulous
