Welcome to Beachfront Hampton, a beautifully appointed coastal apartment offering relaxed, modern living just moments from the shoreline. Set across two levels, this light-filled home features open-plan living, split system heating and cooling, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to a securely fenced rear yard with a BBQ – perfect for family gatherings or evening meals. Guests have access to fantastic communal facilities, including a heated indoor pool, spa and gym, as well as secure tandem underground parking for up to two vehicles and a work-from-home setup to suit longer stays or business travelers.

Please note that the pool and gym are shared, communal facilities. Their maintenance and operation are managed by the building's body corporate. In the event these facilities are unavailable or out of order during your stay, please note that this is beyond our control. During such rare disruptions we are unable to provide any compensation or refunds should they occur.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
