The room we had last night was very disappointing. There was a dead cockroach on the lounge blind and the blind in the bedroom was broken. No cushions on the couch which made it very uncomfortable. The fridge was leaking and it is lucky we didn’t slip on the pool of water it left on the kitchen floor. Wine glasses and cutlery didn’t match. There was no ice tray in the freezer. I have stayed in the apartments many times and have had a great experience each time until last night. I have recommended these apartments to many friends over the years but will not be recommending them anymore. This is such a shame. I have another booking next month so hopefully the room I get will be much better. If not, it will be my last stay there.

Accommodation is old and tired. Room was cold and aircon did not work properly. Could only plug in 1 electric blanket on queen bed, as other plug behind a fixed piece of furniture. Restaurant was closed for the weekend, which should’ve been notified at time of booking.

It was good to be able park at the door of my room. There was a large ink stain on the doona cover but otherwuse the bedding was clean. New pillows might be worth invesying in, the ones I had smelt of other people's hair. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer. The shower is badic and could be replaced with something with a wider spray. The flyscreen on the bathroom window needs a good clean and one of the two glasses was dirty.

Good sized apartment for a family of 5. Was in a clean condition with all cooking and other amenities available. Location is convenient with commute to CBD taking about 30 mins driving. The place is quiet and other guests were also not at all noisy. On a negative side, we wereasked for an impromptu $200 security deposit which was not highlihted on Wotif. No security latches on any of the rooms or toilets so we had to coordinate within our family to ensure privacy.

The space was excellent with two large bedrooms (master having ensuite plus queen bed plus single, couch, and a desk. Nice size kitchen. Please note the apartments are opposite a busy road to the pool, spa and sauna. The apartment could do with a deep clean (mouldy grout, floors and carpets need a deep clean). Overall we would stay there again as it is spacious and modern for a competition price.

Property in state of disrepair, no way this is a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star Shower water pressure dribble, toilet seat falling off, mildew on the tiles in the shower, remote on aircon and tv didn’t function and tv had to be turned off at power point - aircon filter and fan in bathroom not cleaned No microwave, no mini bar as advertised have pictures - this property is very disappointing. How do they get this 4 star rating I would like to know.
