Clean and large one bedroom apartment, great for 5 nights. The kitchen and bathroom do need an update but overall lovely place to stay. My room was at the back of the building, so I didn’t have any noise issues as others mentioned with the trams and cars. Reception staff were super nice. The area is a bit sketchy, but you are near southern cross and flinders street station. Good value and I really appreciated the washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

Location comes at a price. Train and vehicle noise bothersome. Doona on bed and couch very badly stained. Pool not heated as described. Our anniversary was nicely acknowledged.

The room was spacious and clean and was in a great location although the outside of the building was a bit deceiving with the area being a bit ‘dirty’, but inside was quite the opposite. Only issue we found was the trains and trams were quite loud and it was not sound proof really at all.

Loved our stay here. Staff were very friendly and rooms very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Pool and Spa were great. Only let downs were the noisy heat pump and bad water pressure in the shower also no TV in bedrooms. Overall very happy with stay and will definitely stay again.

Ok location for exploring Melbourne.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work for the first 3 days (2nights), one of our key cards was taken by the cleaning staff. We noticed crumbs on the table, and makeup from the previous people on bathroom floor. Air conditioning was leaking water on the bed and on the lounge when it finally was working. Location of the hotel was handy being near Southern Cross Train station for arriving by Skybus, and handy tram stations nearby. View from balcony was of the next door building’s roof were deck chairs and tables had been thrown, discarded. Nothing really to look at. Staff in reception were friendly.
