It is located in a fantastic location where Fishermans Bend nests, with easy access to the city and the surrounding areas. For those who love the outdoors, the nearby bike and walking paths are perfect for a leisurely stroll or bike ride.

The Space:
The 3 -level townhouse features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

Ground level: A secured garage parks 1 car. A double bed bedroom 1 with full bathroom attached.
Level 1: Laundry with dryer and washing machine, Fully equipped kitchen, Smeg dishwasher, range hood and Oven.
Lounge: 55' TCL smart TV, comfortable queen sofa bed and chairs;
Dining: large extendable dining table with 6 chairs.
Level 2: 1 master ensuite with queen bed, which can overlook the city and New Year firework. Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed, having a full bathroom next door.

Aircon/heating: split system aircon in all areas including bedrooms.
