Exclusive penthouse, spectacular views over Melbourne`s skyline, Botanical Gardens, Yarra River, Federation Square. Heritage building located on prestigious Paris-end, surrounded by designer boutiques, cafes, fine dining, art galleries, and theatres.

You will be based in the middle of it all. Lune Croissanterie, Chanel, Hosier Lane within 20 meters. Next door to Gimlet rest.

To consider:
There is no car park - many paying car parks available within a min walk. (ie. Wilson Grand Hyatt)
The second bedroom is a study conversion of small size. Would probably not be recommendable for long stays.

Please note that all bookings will be subject to a review process, which includes the verification of guest identification and payment details before confirmation can be provided.

- To maintain good standards for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but, we feel it makes sense for all to state the following conditions:
