|Check-in:
Standard check-in is from 3 pm. If you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability. If you`d like to guarantee early access, we recommend booking the night before (subject to availability).

|Check-out:
Check-out time is 10 am. If you’d like a little extra time to relax before heading off, let us know, we’ll try to offer a late check-out if available. For guaranteed late check-out, we suggest booking an additional night.

|Pets Welcome: Small pets are permitted; however, we kindly ask that they are not left unattended in the garden or inside the apartment.

|Budd Place has TWO apartments. If the one you are looking at is not available on your selected date, the other apartment may be an option if it`s available.

||This Apartment is on the top/third floor with city views, so to access the apartment you will need to go up a few flights of stairs.

|The main address is Alexandra Parade, but the entry is via the quieter Budd Street.

This apartment offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
