Upon entry, there is a superb interplay of light and space with an open plan design, white-washed timber floors and extensive glazing connecting indoor and outdoor living. Accommodating the practicalities of family life, the welcoming retreat presents a luminous, central living zone branching out to a serene, north-facing deck with sleeping quarters and modern bathrooms split to each side. A second, loft living area, fully lined, double lock-up garage/games room with table tennis table & TV (this garage TV can only be used by phone/hotspot as it's not wired into the network yet), this is a great chill out space for teenagers, synthetic grass tennis court to ensure leisure and entertainment are well catered for. Features French doors, kitchen window servery, split system air-conditioning, wood heater, attic storage room, café blinds, retractable shade sail and all within an easy stroll to Portsea Village.
