Welcome to Capeviews on Higgins – Coastal Luxury with Breathtaking Vistas

Perched in a peaceful pocket of Rye and backdropped by the sound of the surf, Capeviews on Higgins offers an unforgettable coastal escape with uninterrupted views across Cape Schanck, The Dunes, and even glimpses of Bass Strait.

This striking home showcases soaring timber-lined ceilings, solid hardwood blackbutt floors, and expansive picture windows that frame the ever-changing coastal panorama. The open-plan living and dining area features a cosy French fireplace and flows seamlessly onto a tiered BBQ deck, where guests can relax and take in sunsets with the iconic Cape Schanck Lighthouse on the horizon.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with a stone island bench, butler’s pantry, integrated European appliances, and a statement Falcon oven. Bathrooms are designed with spa-like luxury, featuring bluestone tiling, Venetian-rendered walls, brushed-brass fittings, and a freestanding stone bath.

A fully detached studio offers additional privacy—perfect for extended family or friends—while outside, landscaped tiered gardens, a secure backyard, and a large flat lawn provide plenty of space to unwind. Year-round comfort is ensured with ducted heating, split-system cooling, and off-street parking for up to three cars.

The Location
From your doorstep, it’s just 750m to the ocean reserve and local surf breaks, or a short drive to the calm bay beaches, scenic walking trails, and Peninsula Hot Springs. Food lovers will find no shortage of options, from casual coastal cafés like Hunter Café to fine dining at award-winning wineries and restaurants nearby.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
