Disappointing

Difficult communication, mattresses in the floor with no base or top sheet. Lamps not working. Could not shut a window. Not straight forward in getting deposit back.

A great place, well located out of the bustle of the city but still close enough to everything. The room was clean and well equipped, and our host was fantastic.
