There is a modern and updated kitchen equipped with contemporary appliances, including a convenient dishwasher.

In addition, the property is fully fenced, ensuring safety for both children and pets. Your furry companions are more than welcome to join you on your holiday. Please note that the fencing is secure, and wire based which is around waist height so if you have a jumper or a pet who tends to want to take itself for a walk, we can't guarantee that your pet will not get out.

Abundant off-street parking space available, suitable for boats, caravans, and jetskis, making this property an ideal choice for adventure seekers and wishing to take advantage of the beautiful Port Philip Bay.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds (both these rooms have ceiling fans and one room furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, comfortably accommodating families and groups. *Please note that you are required to bring your own linen & towels. We provide protectors, doonas etc.
