We were advised we had a confirmed booking 5 days out, then 2 days before instead of getting our check-in information we got an email saying our booking was cancelled for undisclosed "operational reasons" and there was "no suitable alternative available", even though a quick search of their website showed a number of similar accommodation options available. We had to quickly rebook somewhere else. Luckily that turned out to be probably just as good and similar value for money.
