Location, location, location. Everything was within walking distance in the CBD and there was a tram stop right outside. Very convenient. It's not fancy but the room was a good size and had a separate lounge area and kitchenette. The shower and toilet was cosy but having the wash basin outside was helpful. Staff were friendly and the reception was open 24/7. Great accommodation. I'd stay here again but next time, I'll know to bring my own hot chocolate (alas, they only provided tea and coffee).

The room was so dark, cold and clean. This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Australia. We were able to do laundry and use the hotel gym/sauna as well, which was so helpful for a longer vacation. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The check-in process took 55 minutes, which was an extremely poor way to start the experience. On top of that, a member of housekeeping entered my room before check-out time, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrupted my privacy. Overall, these issues left a negative impression
