Whilst it was close to the theatres in the CBD, the room was dirty. The carpets needed a proper clean as there was dirt all along the walls. The fridge was mouldy around the broken seals. The heater cord was not safe. The shower mouldy and the bed mattress had no bed head so the pillow falls off. Shame I couldn’t upload the pictures I took

Have stayed here a few times over a couple of years. Sadly it’s getting worse. Great position but very tired and rooms not very clean. Supposed to have kettle and toaster. First room had neither. Next one had both but no glasses, plates or any cutlery. Don’t know if I will stay again.

The photos did not describe the property at all. The bathroom was mouldy, litter under the bed, the room filled with dust like it had never been cleaned, and could barely see out of the window. We were sold by the photos, but they were very deceptive. I have been in public toilets that were cleaner!

To describe the accommodation as crudimentary would be frivolous and flattering. Kettle and toaster supplied but not cutlery, no water glass, one flat pillow, reverse cycle A/C but no controller. But, I guess, you get what you pay for. Very basic and cheap but conveniently located.

This is a truely awful place to stay. It's dirty and badly maintained. I discovered vomit stains on the wall by my bed. The manager did agree to giving me a new room, which was in slightly better condition. But I received no apology. I had to ask for my room to be serviced, but they didn't bother to do any cleaning as part of it. The only redeeming feature is it's located close to the arts and theatre district. I recommend you avoid this one.

This particular room was excellent in every way. Other rooms can vary in condition, such as, do all power points and air conditioner work?

The only thing good was a comfy bed and location. My room's carpet had not been vacuumed (food on floor), fridge not cleaned (food left in fridge and dirty glasses), microwave filthy. The bathroom sink tap was not attached to basin, toilet seat extremely loose and mould around sink and shower wet areas.
