Awful. Super dirty. Avoid. Location is the only good thing. Glass on carpet, no batteries on TV remote, old food near microwave, room smelt of smoke. No ventilation in bathroom so there is black mold. If cleaners spent an extra 10 minutes wiping everything down it might of got 2 stars. The reception was kind enough to refund our second night so we could stay elsewhere.

The room, cushion and bathroom were too dirty, the room was musty, some of the sockets didn't work or were defective, inside the cupboard and microwave were dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Absolutely disgusted, this was the absolute worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. How this place is allowed to continue to operate with the serious health code and safety violations is beyond me! We stayed for an hour before fleeing after finding somewhere else to stay. Bodily fluids not cleaned on side of table Bodily fluids growing fuzz Black mould growing in shower A layer of thick fuzz growing on ceiling vent Fuzz growing around door frames Aircon/ heater doesn't work Window jammed open from aircon Cold air blasting in from outside Could hardly see out of window due to grime Dirty/ mouldy rag on top of aircon unit outside Corroded grout at back of the sink Back of toilet had not been cleaned for a long time Toilet roll holder didn't work hun No cover over base of bed Power leads not properly fixed to wall TV not on tv bracket Another guest informed up that the lifts rarely work The furniture looked like it had been picked up from the Tip, it was Dusty and there was random stains all over the room. Due to not feeling safe, scrambling to find another place to stay, this totally derailed plans made months in advance. Security is a massive issue here, no one at front desk, anyone can go in the lift and get to any floor, bag holing area not secure. I have seen in the reviews people getting there luggage stolen and walking over people sleeping in the halls, I am totally bewildered a place like this operates in Melbourne Please look at all the bad reviews

I paid for luggage storage as my flight was late in the afternoon and checkout was at 10am. So I paid for their service to hold my luggage until I was ready (which was one hour) in that hour (I left at 10am and returned at 11am) my bag was stolen, within that bag was cash, jewelry, important health medication, ID, and many other sentimental and valuable things. I am BEYOND saddened by the negligence of this property! ZERO compensation was offered for the loss of my property in their paid for service of care!

Really helpful check-in details. My suggestion always book room with double bed, the single bed option is too small. Location and price 5 star. Carpets need replacing and check irons in common laundry mine left burn mark in my shirt.

Pros: Streaming services eg Netflix; convenient to shops/dining and tram stop right at doorstep. Has bar fridge/freezer and microwave. Sizable combined bathroom / toilet Cons: Room carpet for allocated has abit of odour and stained. TV cabinet used as storage space for kettle, cups, glasses and beverages. Shelf broken and used to cover hole in cabinet. No wardrobe just open space; two metal poles with bar across for clothes. Reception hours for Sunday is now 10 am - 3 pm. But in booking confirmation email, Reception hours in black & white is 8 am to 8 pm. Very misleading and Reception not manned and need to call a telephone number. In summary, supposed what you get for a 3 star motel plus price paid was reasonable for 3 person in 1 room (1 Queen bed plus 1 single bed)

I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than an hour before leaving and booking somewhere else last minute. None of the photos on this site are in any way an accurate representation of the hotel. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz obviously but it does need to actually be clean. Wish I’d taken my own photos at the time but I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I was told that I couldn’t get any refund either.
