Step into one of Melbourne's coolest neighbourhoods and enjoy this cute 1890's Victorian workers cottage.

Walk the streets of Collingwood and Fitzroy finding some of the best cafes, pubs and live music Melbourne has to offer in the back streets or on Johnston, Smith, Gertrude and Brunswick Streets.

Enjoy the parks and Yarra Bend parklands to relax away from city life or use public transport or easy bike/scooter/uber access to central city destinations like the MCG, theatres and galleries.

Inside the House

Light filled and recently updated with modern comforts inside, you (& your pets!) will also enjoy the lush private courtyard garden.

Comprising 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, laundry and bathroom the house has all you need. Wifi is connected and works throughout the house.

Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and generous built in robe to hang and store away your clothes and luggage out of the way.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, and a small desk to enable you to work and study while away. An arm chair away from the living room provides another space to relax.

The small living room has a comfy 2.5 seater couch along with a retro rattan 2-seater. A Smart TV (access to streaming services with your login) and a small dining table ready for 4 people to eat at if you aren't venturing to the local venues for food.

The Kitchen has been recently updated and includes all you need to cook at home and a 2 seater breakfast bar for a quick bite before you explore Melbourne during the day.

The Laundry includes a washing machine and we have an outdoor clothes line or clothes horse inside for drying.

The garden is private, fully fenced and has some cover for your dog while you are out enjoying the surrounding area. Trees provide shade and cover on a hot day to enjoy a bench seat and small table and chairs. The lemon tree has fruit most of the year and fresh mint is growing too.

On street parking is available with a parking permit available on request making this unrestricted.
