Dotted with numerous parks Ascot Vale offers a beautiful riverside walk that pass through the stunning Fairbairn Park along the Maribyrnong River. Though quaint, Ascot Vale is an incredible location due to its proximity to nearby hubs and popular attractions. House rules You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. Getting around Public transport The property is located in front of bus stops on Lang Rd that operate trips to Williamstown and Moonee Ponds. Busy road so found it noisy. Couldnt get chanels on TV. Coffee pods but no coffee maker to use them in 2 tea bags for a 3 night 4 day stay ended going and buying our own ???? Shower needs a good clean but a very nice neighbour and great cafe right on the corner Sugarbeat. It was convenient for our work commit at the Showground for those days.

Check in/ out was easy with a coded lockbox and we found that the info sent to us for iur stay, very helpful. Clean and tidy, great position to walk to showgrounds, chemist, cafes, supermarket.

Super close to my work summit at Showgrounds; ground floor, spacious one bedroom apartment with everything you could need. Very easy to find. Free parking at the back street against Showgrounds fence. Coffee shop right near unit. Cosy and inviting, great wifi, comfy couch and hot shower. Quiet area even with quite a main road. Highly recommended!
