Horrible communication

Absolute horrible communication with property manager. Tried contacting the property manager countless times but never responded. We requested check in information while waiting in front of the property and took the an hour+ to respond. Kitchen lights didn’t work so couldn’t cook anything. The bed that was there was horrible and the springs kept poking us which was painful to sleep on. Worst sleep we’ve ever had. We had to buy an air mattress from Kmart to put on top to get some sleep. Nice view and nice place otherwise.

I did not get to review this property as upon arrival, after many phone calls, I was told the property was double booked by the owner and I was left with NO alternative accommodation on an extremely busy weekend in Melbourne. The owner did not seem to care at all and told me he would text details of another property in Fitzroy - which he NEVER did. Can;t describe how utterly disappointing this was. Never again. Rating -100

Was double booked and didn't tell me until I got there.

Reasonably responsive but terrible, terrible. Lucky I was visiting my hometown because it was a busy weekend and they stranded me having booked the place on another platform
