Welcome to Courtside in Cremorne, a modern, sunlit, two-story retreat perfectly positioned for sports enthusiasts eager to be close to Melbourne’s top arenas. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom property is just a stone's throw from Rod Laver Arena, the MCG, and Aami Park, making it the ideal base for game days and events.

Inside, enjoy the natural light streaming into a beautifully designed living area with a Smart TV and a dedicated workspace for those that need to work during their stay. The perfectly shaded courtyard, complete with a BBQ, is ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outside. With hydronic heating in every room and split system air conditioning in all bedrooms, the living room, and the study space, Courtside in Cremorne offers comfort no matter the season.
Parking is available for one car on driveway.
With prior approval, this property allows one well behaved pet.
The immediate area brims with both sporting and entertainment attractions. Whether you're in Cremorne for business or pleasure, Courtside in Cremorne offers both peace and convenience.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
