Offering the best of the Mornington Peninsula is this well-sought-after back beach on one of Rye’s most premium streets, Avon Road. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this property is exclusive and private with no neighbours and the ocean as your own playground.
Adorning designer furniture and smart home technology for the ultimate coastal getaway, offering 4 bedrooms in different zones so you can have multiple families enjoying the one space, and yet, feeling like they have their own guest experience.
The main house with cool concrete floors, timber highlights, and a scandi feel, you can chill in the main living room in the large comfortable sofas, by the wood open fireplace, or sit in the window seat and read a book. The kitchen offered modern cooking appliances, a bar, a dishwasher, and dining space. The Master bedroom is in the main section and offers a large space with a Queen bed, TV, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a luxurious bath overlooking the dunes. There’s a separate WC and sitting room for some chill-out time. Under the same roofline, there is a wing with 2 large bedrooms, both with Queen Beds and their own private ensuite, the third wing has a second living room with loft bedding for 3-4 via a ladder to the mezzanine.
The outdoor entertaining zones are the highlight of the home with a solar-heated plunge pool for a dip on a warm day or a sleep on the daybed. There’s an alfresco dining space with a large table and a BBQ for entertaining. Watch the sun go down from your own private rooftop, sunset deck where you can enjoy an afternoon Aperol and watch the ocean tides. There’s also a fire pit for marshmallow toasting with friends.
The features of the home are endless and include ducting, heating, and cooling throughout,a heated concrete floor, 2 x Smart TVs, WIFI, and so much more. All superbly located for lovers of the ocean and nature, the house is within an easy stroll to Number Sixteen beach along scenic coastal walking tracks of the National Park. Also walk to the local shops and cafes, ideal for summer ice-cream runs, golf courses, 8 mins drive to the Hot Springs, and is close to some of Australia's best wineries, from casual to fine dining experiences.
