A perfect base to explore the Mornington Peninsula or a final destination for a stay-in. The Villas are a spacious open plan design with the bedroom area looking out to your own private courtyard. There is a super king size bed to stretch out in, with luxurious 100% linen quilt covers & bamboo sateen sheets and pillow cases. The folding bedroom doors create an indoor outdoor flow opening the villa out to your own private courtyard with a water feature and tropical themed garden. The lounge area has a kitchenette, a dining / workspace to the side and a 50inch SAMSUNG smart tv mounted above a gas log fireplace. You can utilise the complimentary high speed WIFI to access complimentary Netflix, Disney +, Stan, Binge, Paramount + and Xbox game pass Ultimate with two provided Xbox controllers. Nestle yourself onto the generous sized sofa lounge with a blanket and enjoy the gas log fireplace. The double vision fireplace is viewable in the day spa decor bathroom adding warmth and ambience. Immerse yourself into the two person spa bath and relax with the fragrance and calmness from the complimentary iKOU aromatherapy bath salts. The bathroom also has a spacious walk in shower with rainfall shower head. After a shower or soak in the bath you can dry off with Egyptian Cotton bath sheets and enjoy the use of fresh bathrobes and complimentary slippers. The vanity and extra large mirror are perfect for preparing for a day out, romantic evening or for attending an event or function. The kitchenette is equipped with a substantial sized fridge/freezer, microwave, NutriBullet, Nespresso machine, Russel Hobbs 4 slice toaster & kettle. No sink is installed in the indoor kitchenette however there is a sink in the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen area has a 6 burner hooded BBQ with flat plate, grill, baking/casserole dish plus side wok burner and the sink set in the granite bench top with a hot/cold mixer. The Villas are accessible along a private side access path running down the side of the main residence. You can access the property from your own street access gate with a keypad to enter the access code. The Villas have a main side entrance sliding door with a keypad allowing for 24 hour access.
