Nice clean room with a retro feel. Was cold so had the air con going all night which was a little noisy. Overall happy and would likely stay again if in the area.

The property is well located. Our biggest problem is the noise as our room is just one wall separated from the function room This is no noise isolation wall between that. If I were to stay here again, it must be a room far away from the function room. Don't ever accept the room "Helmut". It is a disaster as well as the noise level is concern.

Rooms were well appointed, however maintenance poor. Our toilet blocked overnight, NO contact number available to report, had to travel 2 floors to toilets downstairs, no light switch in downstairs toilet. Ended up leaving hotel at 4 am to travel home. Booked and paid accommodation through whatif but told payment had been declined. Re-paid then on further investigation found original payment made. Sent email and called, no acknowledgement made from East Brunswick Hotel and had to chase up. Nearly 3 weeks before re-imbursement was made. Very unprofessional.

Not so much about the property, but have been overcharged. We didn't know that we had to check in before 11pm. Our flight got delayed and we had to look for alternative accommodation but had to pay one extra night's accommodation. This is really bad.
