Spanish and nautically themed modern 2/1 space recently remodeled remodeled from a 3/1. Enjoy your evening in our beautiful terrace after a day of memories downtown and the beaches.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the apartment anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the outside terrace. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
The house is on a quiet street a few blocks from the Eau Gallie Arts district.The Eau Gallie Arts District offer the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter Art Museum and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants.
About 8 minutes by car from the closest beach and about a mile from shopping and bars downtown.
