+All within walking distance to the beach & every desirable amenity. 2 mins walk to the 3 different bus routes + 300 meters walk to Elwood beach , shops, restaurants and bars + You have the entire house with 2 bedrooms plus sofa bed in lounge room and 3 private car parks in the driveway with secured cameras outside + spacious bath room and toilet and 1 bath tub and spacious pergola under cover for entertainment. * An extra Queen size bedroom with ensuite and separate entrance at the front of the house (for the owners use) can also be made available on request with extra.cost
